Damian McConn and
Nate Siats
Damian
and Nate are brewers at Summit Brewing in St. Paul, MN and will talk
about the 2011 hop crop from a commercial brewer's perspective.
Damian
and Nate are the brewers behind two of Summit's most well received Unchained
Series beers, the Golden Sovereign Ale and the Imperial Pumpkin Porter
respectively.

Beer judging starting at 4:00PM

Banquet Dinner will start at 6:00

Speakers following at 7:00

directly after speakers

The Banquet cost is $20 per person and the menu is:
Caesar
salad
Prime rib
New potatoes
Baby carrots
Pumpkin cookies & Pumpkin pie bars
There
will be at least 4 homebrews on tap or beer engine plus Summit
Brewing will be providing a firkin of their beer for this
event.
Everyone
attending will be in the drawings for many door prizes to be given away.
